I live in Orange County, CA, and I work in a non-profit w / adults with disabilities. I have a degree and have been here since 3 years. My question is ... Does this seem low to you? The HR lady has always told me how much I paid and I am very naaive and I think I'm selling a line. Oh yes, I also have 4 years experience in this field. A bonus is they get a good package ...
